Well there isn't really a lot to say here. Things continue to steadily improve.

It's good news today as I can now finally reach my bum with my left heel! That's both legs can do this now so things are definitely on the 'up'!

We went for a quick drive to Flushing on the opposite side of the Fal estuary and then Rob had to leave again in the early afternoon. My head pains were extremely rare today.

Today I drove Rob and myself to St. Ives, where we spent a few hours. It was a fine day, and though I mainly stayed in the car, it was cool to sit and look out to sea. It was also my longest drive since first becoming ill. All went well and my legs were good enough to reach the pedals ok! Even the pains in my head were much better today :-)
